Our garden is full of interesting things: white carrots, Kamut wheat, hops vine...but nothing as unique as our blue potatoes. I found out that they are blue on the inside as well as out--purple, actually. They are similar in taste to a red potato. Very good.

Blue potatoes look like fun. I bet when they are mashed they'd be a great addition to a Halloween feast.
